When you click the description of an event, the following page appears:

This page can be used to acknowledge the event. Acknowledging an event removes it from the main
event log, but you can still see it in the Advanced page. Clicking Finished closes the window.
There are two log lists, the Event Log and the System Event Log. The Event Log lists the event
messages generated by the ZENworks Agent that resides on the server or workstation; the System
Event Log is displayed only for servers that are functioning as primary or secondary ZENworks
Servers. The System Event Log lists the system event messages generated by the ZENworks Server
for activities that it performs on behalf of all managed devices in its management zone.
