ATTENTION Due to the weight of the glass panels Englefield strongly recommends constructing double studs to fix the wall retainers to. Assemble the top rollers onto the door panel. NOTE: The rollers are specific to the top (A) and bottom (B) of the glass. The bottom rollers can be identified by the spring button (the bottom rollers have the spring).
- Page 9 TIVOLI Round Sliding Shower Door INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Install the fixed panels to top/bottom rails INSIDE Bottom Fit the shorter seals (B) at the top and bottom of the infill glass panel. No gap between the seal and the vertical extrusion. Ensure that all four fixing brackets (A) at the end of top and bottom rails are positioned to create a 2 mm gap (with the screw slightly loosened).

The flange with pre-drilled holes should face inside the shower enclosure. Slot the door assembly into the pre-installed (return side) wall channel (A), and carefully swing the entire door frame into position (B).

Use a screwdriver to wind the adjustment up or down per roller. Once the panels are meeting evenly, adjust the top rollers to set the correct amount of tension in the bottom rollers and so that the doors slide smoothly.
