8.16 Sometimes Refresh Button Does Not
Function
Sometimes the Refresh button in various pages does not function when you click it.
Work around:
1. Log out from iManager.
2. Clear the browser's cache.
For Internet Explorer,

3. Log in to iManager.
8.17 iManager Plug-in Installation Hangs or Plug-
ins Are Not Properly Installed
When you install iManager plug-ins, sometimes either the installation hangs or the plug-ins are not
properly installed.
Work around
For iManager Standalone:
1. Log out from iManager.
2. Clear the browser's cache.
For Internet Explorer, do the following:

4. Re-install the plug-ins.
