. Press the two tongues on each side of the BRITA M eter and ti l t th e BRITA Meter back towards the handle cover for complete removal. The removed BRITA M eter m ust no t be washed in the dishwasher. - Page 7 Hook the lid in its assembly jigs into the jug and press it down towards the handle. F i l l yo ur BRITA water filter directly under the tap with cold water. The stream of tap water activates the automatic pour through lid. The pour through lid closes automatically when the maximum filling level has been reached.

Ultimate hygiene F o r h yg i ene reaso ns, th e MAXTRA+ Universal cartridge contents are subject to special treatment with silver. A very small amount of silver may be transferred to the water. This transference would be within the World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines. -
