- Page 4 MPS-C. Proper Use The MPS-C is a magnetic position sensor and is intended for linear distance measurement on pneumatic drives. The sensor is ideally suited for all stan- dard C-slots. A field strength of 3 mT to 12 mT is required in order to ensure optimal functionality.
