Proper use The safety light curtain C 4000 must be used only as defined in the chapter 2.2 “Range of uses of the device”. It must be used only by qualified personnel and only on the machine where it has been installed and initialized by qualified personnel. -

• The operating instructions must be made available to the user of the machine where the safety light curtain C 4000 is fitted. The machine operator is to be instructed in the use of the device by specialist personnel and must be instructed to read the operating in- structions. -
