Notes:
Momentary Function Channel: Cycles the scan speed when the channel is activated
Query for the track info, responds with TRACKINFO-<num>,<duration>,<discNumber>,
where <duration> is a String in the format hh:mm:ss.ff
Query for the track properties, responds with multiple TRACKPROP-<key>,<value>
commands, one for each key
Query for a track property, responds with TRACKPROP-<key>,<value> command
