Testing platform of SiC MOSFET for packages HU3PAK
Introduction
The board is a testing platform focused on SiC MOSFETs. The platform contains a half-bridge structure that supports HU3PAK
packages. By connecting input digital signals and supplying drivers, it allows the generation of appropriate gate driver signals for
the turn ON/OFF of MOSFETs in the half-bridge structure. This board allows for testing the switching performance of MOSFETs,
for instance, using the double pulse test method.
