Use the Patch test to verify that the Patch Readers are operational and
that your patches are being read.
1. Touch Patch Test. The Patch Test screen will be displayed.
2. Place a document(s) with a patch(es) in the input elevator.
3. Touch OK. When the document(s) has been scanned, the results of
the patch test will be displayed on the touchscreen.
The results show the number of patches and patch types that were
recognized by the scanner.
Image Addressing - enabled
4. Touch End Job to return to the Idle screen.
The scanner self test will test the image capture subsystem to ensure
that is functioning correctly.
