  • Page 3 Battery charging Once you have installed the battery, the screen indicates the battery status (see the table below). For best performance, keep the handset in the telephone base or charger when not in use. The battery is fully charged after 16 hours of continuous charging.

To set the date and time manually: Press MENU when the handset is not in use. Scroll to Settings and then press SELECT. Scroll to Set date/time and then press SELECT.

    To access a number in the directory, caller ID log or redial list while on a call: To enter the directory, press MENU twice. -OR- To enter the caller ID log, press MENU then scroll to Caller ID log then press SELECT.

    Caller ID log The caller ID log stores up to 30 entries. If you answer a call before the caller information appears, it will not be saved in the caller ID log. • The handset displays XX missed calls when there are calls that have not been reviewed in the caller ID log.

My telephone does not work at all. • Make sure the battery is installed and charged correctly. For optimum daily performance, return the handset to the telephone base after use.
