If the PenPartner LED does not light after plugging in PenPartner, see the sections below: Checking USB
cable connection(s), PCs,

Make sure your computer is turned on and the operating system has finished loading.
1. Verify that the USB cable is securely connected to a USB port.
2. If you are connecting the tablet to a USB hub (or hub device such as a monitor with USB ports), be
sure the USB hub is properly connected to your computer and is active.
If the New Hardware Found dialog box appears, continue with the software installation. Otherwise, see
