PLEASE FOLLOW THE ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTION WITH THE CABLE (25) , M10 HEX BOLT (59) , M10 NUT (65) , M10 WASHER (72) ANDM10 NYLON NUT (68) ARE PLACED IN CORRECT POSITION AS THE DRAWING SHOWN , FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN THE CABLE AND CABLE EYELET COMING OFF.
  • Page 15 Please ensure the cable is installed over these two bolts, failure to do so will result in the cable outer casing coming off. This will not be covered by the warranty. Make certain all cables are seated into all pulley grooves. A cable rubbing against steel will peel the nylon coating, voiding warranty and resulting in a need for replacement.

    EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS Using your exerciser will provide you with several benefits, it will improve your physical fitness, tone muscle and in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet help you lose weight. 1. THE WARM UP PHASE This stage helps get the blood flowing around the body and the muscles working properly. It will also reduce the risk of cramp and muscle injury.
