by the toggle switch

on the lop cap of the motor housing
The taft side of the toggle switch hood (as you face it) is marked
'T' for "On" end
the right side (as you face i_) is marked "O" for "OFF.

"ON", Push the toggle switch to the left side marked "F, or"On"
TO TURN THE MOTOR
"OFF" Push the toggle switch
to the r_ght side marked "O", or "OfF
