  • Page 21 Prerequisites Before starting to use the eHome5 app to control the charge point, it is important to make sure that the following requirements are met: • Network connectivity Wi-Fi connection or Ethernet cable: It is essential that the charge point has Internet access, as the eHome5 app communicates with Cosmos.
