    TOMA DE TIERRA ADVERTENCIA Es aconsejable conectar a tierra adecuadamente su generador antes de comenzar a usar un cable y una pequeña espiga de metal. El cable y la punta de tierra no se suministran con la unidad. OPERACIÓN NOTA El generador ha sido enviado sin aceite de motor.
  • Page 10 Tire del mango del arrancador lentamente hasta sentir resistencia. Este es el punto de "Compresión". Regrese la manija a su posición original y tire rápidamente. No tire completamente de la cuerda. Después de arrancar, permita que la manija del arrancador regrese a su posición original mientras sujeta el mango.

    CAMBIO DE ACEITE DEL MOTOR Coloque la máquina en una superficie nivelada y caliente el motor durante varios minutos. Luego apague el motor y gire la perilla del grifo de combustible a OFF. Gire la perilla de ventilación del tapón del banco de combustible en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj hasta la posición CLOSED.

    ALMACENAMIENTO El almacenamiento a largo plazo de su máquina requiere algunos procedimientos preventivos para protegerse contra el deterioro. DRENAJE DEL COMBUSTIBLE Retire la tapa del tanque de combustible, drene el combustible del tanque de combustible. Retire la tapa, drene el combustible del carburador aflojando el tornillo de drenaje.     OIL WARNING SYSTEM When the oil level falls below the lower level, the engine stops automatically. Unless you refill with oil, the engine will not start again. ENGINE SWITCH/FUEL COCK The engine switch controls the ignition system. The fuel cock is used to supply fuel from the tank to carburetor. Ignition circuit is switched on, the fuel cock is close.

    PRE-OPERATION CHECK NOTE Pre-operation checks should be made each time the generator is used. CHECK ENGINE FUEL Make sure there is sufficient fuel in the tank. If fuel is low, refill with unleaded automotive gasoline. Be sure to use the fuel filter screen on the fuel filter neck. Fuel tank capacity.

    GROUND (Earth) WARNING It is advisable to properly earth your generator before starting using a wire and a small metal earth spike. The wire and earth spike are not supplied with the unit. OPERTATION NOTE The generator has been shipped without engine oil.

    Pull the starter handle slowly until resistance is felt. This is the “Compression” point. Return the handle to its original position and pull swiftly. Do not fully pull out the rope. After starting, allow the starter handle to return to its original position while still holding the handle.
  • Page 49 The engine is not stop. Just stop power output, then, just push the reset button for 2 seconds, and the AC output will recover. If the engine is stop, you have to start the generator again. CAUTION The generator AC output automatically resets when the engine is stopped and then restarted.

    STOPPING THE ENGINE Turn off the power switch of the electric apparatus or disconnect any electric devices. Turn the fuel cock lever OFF. Turn the fuel tank cap air vent knob counterclockwise to the CLOSE position.

    ENGINE OIL REPLACEMENT Place the machine on a level surface and warm up the engine for several minutes. Then stop the engine and turn the fuel cock knob to OFF. Turn the fuel bank cap air vent knob counterclockwise to the CLOSE positon. Loosen the screw and remove the cover.

    CAUTION The engine should never run without the element; excessive piston and/or cylinder wear may result. CLEANING AND ADJUSTING SPARK PLUG Remove the cover. Check for discoloration and remove the carbon. Check the spark plug type and gap. Install the spark plug. Install the cover.

    STORAGE Long term storage of your machine all require some preventive procedures to guard against deterioration. DRAIN THE FUEL Remove the fuel tank cap, drain the fuel from the fuel tank Remove the cover, drain fuel from the carburetor by Ioosening the drain screw. ENGINE Remove the spark plug, pour in about one tablespoon of SAE 10W30 or 20W40 motor oil into the spark plug hole and reinstall the spark plug.
