The following could cause these error codes;
a) Control Box is out of position
b) Control Box cables are pulling
c) Collision avoidance system activated

LYFT- Troubleshooting
1.
Hold together and long press the "Up" and "Down" buttons together until a beep sounds.
1.
Turn power off at power point.
2.
Unplug Power Cable from power point.
3.
Plug Power Cable back into power point.
4.
Turn power back on.
1.
Stop operating and allow your desk to cool down and remain idle for 18 minutes.
1.
Hold together and long press the "Up" and "Down" buttons together until a beep sounds.
1.
Turn power off at power point.
2.
Unplug and reinsert the Control Panel and Control Box cables.
3.
Ensure they are plugged in correctly.
4.
Turn power back on.
1.
Remove all the objects within the range of travel.
2.
Turn power off at power point.
3.
Turn power back on.
1.
Turn power off at power point.
2.
Unplug all cables to Control Box.
3.
Replug all cable into Control Box.
4.
Turn power back on.
5.
If no changes - Please contact us for a replacement.

Please make sure the control box is properly attached to the desk frame as the instruction
manual and placed well on the even surface.
3.
May need to rest the system: Hold together and long press the "Up" and "Down" buttons together
until a beep sounds.

Ensure there is enough slack and the cables attached to the Control Box aren't pulling too tight.

Check the cords are connected correctly.
- E13 corresponds to M1 connector
- E23 corresponds to M2 connector

Replace cords if damaged.
