FRAME ASSEMBLY To begin with, we are going to construct 2 out of the 3 legs, for this you will need the following. 2 x Legs (e) A pair of Sliding Rails (f) 1 x Regular Foot (b) 1 x Regular Wing (d) 1 x Corner Foot (a) 1 x Corner Wing (c) 2 x Pivot Plates (i)
  • Page 6 Now for the construction of the second leg (middle position), you will need to follow the following steps. Using M8 x 10mm bolts attach each Pivot Plate (i) to the Leg (e), in the configuration shown in the photo below. Using M8 x 10mm bolts attach the Corner Wing (c) to the Leg (e).
  • Page 7 From there you can go ahead and flip the desk over carefully. When doing so we suggest that you position the desk so it aligns with the area that you want the desk to be in. WHEN FLIPPING THE DESK FRAME WE SUGGEST THAT YOU DO IT CAREFULLY, AND IF YOU DON’T FEEL CONFIDENT TO DO IT BY YOURSELF THEN REQUEST ASSISTANCE FROM SOMEONE WHO IS ABLE TO HELP.
  • Page 8 WHEN ATTACHING THE SLIDING RAILS (f) TO THE PIVOT PLATES (i)YOU NEED TO ENSURE THAT THE RAILS ARE AT APPROXIMATELY 90 DEGREES TO THE EDGE OF THE PIVOT PLATE. You have now completed the construction of the frame. This is the best time to shift the frame into position as close as possible.
  • Page 9 Now that the frame is assembled, you need to install your wires. Using both motor cables Long Length Motor Cable (k) and Mid Length Motor Cable (j) we recommend you follow these steps.: Decide what leg your Control Box (m) is going to be closest to. Once done plug your Long Length Motor Cable (k) into the opposite leg then run the cable along and behind the leg motor in the middle and then between the Sliding Rails (f) (Shown in Photo below).
  • Page 10 Depending on the location of the desk, you can have the return desk on either the right or left side of the 180cm desktop. Once you have decided what side you want the return on, you will need to adjust the frame accordingly.
  • Page 11: Desktop Installation

Once the Return Side has been adjusted and re-tightened, move onto the other sec- tion of the frame. For this part you will need to adjust the Sliding Rails, using the same method as the previous step. You should align the outer tubes with the 1.1 markings on the sliding rails (please see photo below for reference) once done, you can go ahead and re tighten the 8 Grub screws.
  • Page 12 From there you want to move along the 180cm desktop and measure from the outer edge of the Sliding Rail(f) to the long edge of the desktops for each side. These measurements should match. This ensures that the desktop is sitting square with the frame.
  • Page 13 Now that the 180cm Desktop has been fixed to the frame, We recommend fixing the 120cm desktop. Butt the short edge of the 120cm desktop into the long edge of the 180cm desktop. Align the long edge of the 120cm desktop with the short edge of the 180cm desktop, we recommend using something that has a straight edge like the Joining Bars (h).

ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS INSTALLATION At this point the desk has been installed, from here you will need to install the electri- cal components of the frame. We recommend plugging the Control Box (m) into the Leg closest to the side where you have decided the Control Panel (n) is going to be.
  • Page 15 You can choose where you would like the Control Panel (n) positioned on your desk once decided plug it into the Control Box (m). Then aligning the front top edge with the edge of the desk, use 2 x Self Tapping screws to fix it to the underside of the desktop.
