Remember to take care when unpacking. Please keep your workspace clean, clear and tidy when working. This will help keep all items safe from any damages. Any un-needed cardboard or plastic should be flattened down and placed in the bin. A minimum of two people will be needed to lift the unit.

Tapping the wooden dowels into position Place the 12x wooden dowels into the holes highlighted in the diagram. Using a mallet, gently tap the wooden dowels into the holes. Positioning the cam dowels Place the 8x cam dowels in the holes shown, pressing them in by hand.

Slotting the base panel Slot the base panel onto the right side panel, ensuring the holes for the legs are on the outside. Inserting the top rail Insert the top rail onto the right side panel. Slotting the back rail into position Slot the back rail onto the right side panel.

Sliding the back panel At the rear of the unit, slide the back panel into the side panel grooves. Ensure the white side of the back panel is visible from the inside of the unit. Tightening the cam lock All the cam locks should be manually tightened using a flathead screwdriver, the cam dowels will tighten around the cam lock.

Marking the unit Place a strip of masking tape on the bottom of the back panel. Mark onto the masking tape three locations 9mm from the bottom edge, ensuring the markings are distanced equally. View is from the back of the unit Fixing the back panel At the 3x marked locations, pilot drill 3x holes.

Positioning the leg brackets Locate the leg brackets and position, as shown in the diagram. Ensure the leg brackets are rotated so the flange covers the outer edge, as this provides support for the edge of the unit. Fixing the leg bases Secure each of the leg brackets into place with 4x15mm screws per bracket.

Lifting the unit into place When lifting the unit into place do not tilt as this can damage the legs. Place the unit against the wall and align it with the wall markings that will have been drawn during the room preparation stage. Use a spirit level to ensure the unit is level from front to back, left to right, and diagonally.

Inserting the space plugs Position the space plugs between the wall and the back of the unit, where the holes are located. Unwind until the space plugs touches both the back panel of the unit and the wall. Insert the screws into the drilled holes and tighten to the wall.

Attaching the hinges to the frontal Place the door on a soft, clean surface, then insert the hinges into the door. Ensure the pre- attached screws line up with the screw holes. Secure hinges by tightening the 2x screws which are already in positioned within the hinges.

Adjusting the hinge To adjust the hinges, use a screwdriver as required at points 1 and 2. Point 1 -Will adjust the frontals left and right. Point 2 - Will adjust the frontals in and out. To move the hinges up or down, loosen the screws A and B.
