All calls are routed through Rogers’ private voice (SIP) network. It is important to note that both data and voice traffic can share the same network connection and bandwidth limitations where applicable.

Hardware Overview E350 Front Reference Feature Feature Description Number LED bar Provides call and phone status information. Line keys Select a phone line, view calls on a line, or quickly call a favorite contact. Softkeys Select context-sensitive keys that display along the bottom of the screen. Pagination key View additional line screens.
Hardware Overview E350 Back Reference Feature Feature Description Number Stand connection Attach the stand to the phone. This enables the phone to sit at a 30- or slots 60-degree angle. USB port Attach a USB flash drive, a USB headset, or a compatible camera. Power port Connect the phone to a power outlet.
Connect the long side of the RJ9 cable (A) to Port 7 A. Do not connect to Port 6 which is designated for the headset port Connect the short side of the RJ9 cable (A1) to the supplied Poly handset/receiver of the desk phone (B)
If using Rogers Business Internet or third-party Internet: Connect Port (4) of the Poly Handset to the Internet Access Device via an Ethernet Cable. A. If using a switch, then connect Port (4) of the Poly Handset to your switch using an ethernet cable.
