my poly edge E350 phone does not ring before noon. I have adjusted everything that I know how to adjust. Can you help me turn the ringer on?

    Introduction This document is intended as a reference outlining the basic specifications of Advantage Voice. This document is not intended to be a step-by-step configuration guide. All calls are routed through Rogers’ private voice (SIP) network. It is important to note that both data and voice traffic can share the same network connection and bandwidth limitations where applicable.

    Configuring Favorites You can add the contacts you call most often to your Favorites list. Managing Favorites Add contacts as favorites from the contact directory, designate an index number for favorites, view favorites on the Home or Lines screen depending on your phone, and delete favorites. Favorites are the contacts in your contact directory that you call most often.

    Configuring Favorites You can add the contacts you call most often to your Favorites list. 3. From the Edit Contact screen, select Favorite Index and delete the favorite’s index number. 4. Select Save. Viewing Favorites View favorites in the Favorites list on the Directories screen or on the Home or Lines screen. Favorites display consecutively according to their index number.

Add a Contact to the Contact Directory When you add a contact to your contact directory, choose how much information you want to enter for your contact.

Add Corporate Directory Contacts to the Local Directory Add contacts in the corporate directory to the Contact Directory. When you save a corporate directory contact to the Contact Directory, the first name, last name, and phone number of the contact automatically save to the directory.

    Phone Settings Basic customizations on the phone include changing the time and date format, setting the backlight intensity, changing office hours and timeouts for Power Saving mode, and viewing and modifying security settings. System Settings You can make basic customizations to your phone’s system settings, including the time and date format, backlight intensity, and Power Saving mode.

    Phone Settings N Backlight Timeout: The number of seconds the phone is inactive before the backlight dims to its Backlight Idle intensity. The backlight timeout period begins after your last activity, such as an incoming call. Backlight Intensity includes the following settings you can choose from: N Backlight On: The brightness of the screen when there’s activity.

    Power Saving Mode Poly phones enter power saving mode to conserve energy after being idle for a certain period of time. Determine the period of time that the phone is idle before the screen turns off, and set different idle timeouts for office hours and off hours, such as evenings and weekends.
