I. INTENDED USE OF THE PRODUCT. The prophylactic-rehabilitation chair is intended for people with back injuries and with lumbar pain syndromes. The task of the chair is to relieve the intervertebral discs and back muscles in a sitting position. It also fulfills a preventive task in shaping the correct posture during long-term sitting work. Due to to the multi-stage adjustment system, it allows you to assume a convenient position for people of various height. - Page 3 V. ASSEMBLY. The assembly should be carried out with using the parts and tools attached to the product: Knee Cushion 1 pc. Seat Cushion 1 pc. Knee Cushion Frame 1 pc. Seat Cushion Frame 1 pc. Supporting part 1 pc. Wheels 4 pcs.

- Page 5 3. Fix the supporting part E to the back of the seat cushion B by using by screws M and washers K, than connect part E to frame D with 2 screws S. 4. Remove the protective cap on the top of the gas lift G, insert element to frame C and part E as illustrated below.
- Page 6 VII. USE OF THE CHAIR. You should sit on the seat (as shown in fig.) and place your bent knees on the knee support. The correct height is when the knees are slightly extended forward within the lower cushion or slightly beyond it.

I. VERWENDUNGSZWECK. Der Klękosiad ERGO Standard Präventiv- und Rehabilitationsstuhl ist für Menschen nach Wirbelsäulenverletzungen und Lendenschmerzsyndromen bestimmt. Der Stuhl soll die Bandscheiben und die Rückenmuskulatur im Sitzen entlasten. Er dient auch präventiv der Bildung der richtigen Haltung bei längerer Sitzarbeit. Dank des mehrstufigen Verstellsystems ermöglicht er Menschen unterschiedlicher Körpergröße, eine bequeme Position einzunehmen. -

10. Nehmen Sie keine Änderungen oder Reparaturen am Produkt vor. 11. Jeden schwerwiegenden Vorfall im Zusammenhang mit dem Produkt muss dem Hersteller und der zuständigen Behörde des Mitgliedstaats, in dem der Anwender und/oder Patient niedergelassen ist, gemeldet werden. V. MONTAGE. Die Montage sollte mit den im Lieferumfang des Produkts enthaltenen Teilen und Werkzeugen erfolgen: Kniekissen 1 St. - Page 10 1. Befestigen Sie die Stellantriebssteuerung E mit Schrauben M und Unterlegscheiben K an der Rückseite des Sitzkissens B und verbinden Sie dann Teil E mit 2 Schrauben S mit dem Gestell D. 4. Entfernen Sie die Schutzkappe von der Gasfeder G, setzen Sie das Teil in Gestell C und Teil E ein, wie unten gezeigt.
- Page 12 VII. BENUTZUNG DES STUHLS. Sie sollen auf dem Sitz sitzen (wie in der Zeichnung dargestellt) und Ihre gebeugten Knie auf die Kniestütze legen. Die richtig gewählte Höhe liegt dann vor, wenn sich die Knie leicht nach vorne innerhalb des unteren Kissens oder leicht darüber hinaus befinden. Das Körpergewicht wird dann auf den gesamten Unterschenkel verteilt.

I. PRZEZNACZENIE. Krzesło profilaktyczno-rehabilitacyjne Klękosiad ERGO Standard przeznaczone jest dla osób po urazach kręgosłupa i z zespołami bólowymi odcinka lędźwiowego. Zadaniem krzesła jest odciążanie w pozycji siedzącej krążków międzykręgowych i mięśni pleców. Spełnia również zadanie profilaktyczne w kształtowaniu prawidłowej postawy przy długotrwałej pracy siedzącej. Dzięki kilkustopniowemu systemowi regulacji pozwala przyjąć... - Page 15 10. - Page 18 VII. UŻYTKOWANIE KRZESŁA. Należy usiąść na siedzisku (zgodnie z rys.) zaś ugięte kolana umieścić na podparciu podkolanowym. Prawidłowo dobrana wysokość to taka, kiedy kolana są lekko wysunięte do przodu w obrębie poduszki dolnej lub nieco poza nią. Ciężar ciała rozłożony jest wtedy na całe podudzie.
