• Open the "wired control panel" parcel.
• Turn the panel over and put it down resting on rear top, protecting it using a piece of
cardboard, to provide access to cable outlets
• Insert the capillaries and the earthing wire into the rectangular clearance in the front
top and then below the front cross-bar.
• Insert burner wires through casing front top. Bring wires and connectors (*) down by
sliding them between lagging blankets of exchanger and casing side. Drive it under
the lower front panel (52) so that the connectors come out towards the burner (see
fig. 17)
• Position the control panel on the front top, facing both its fastening points, guiding the
wires and capillaries into the top clearance when turning the control panel over.
• Remove control panel top (2 screws) and open its face (2 screws) (see fig. 18).
Engage the fastening screw heads into the punched holes at control panel rear, slide
it backwards and tighten the screws.
• Engage the burner wires, capillaries, earthing wire into the blank plate cable clamp
(see fig. 18). Fasten the blank plate on the casing front top (2 screws).
Connect the earthing wire (1 screw CB M 5 x 10 + toothed washers) on clamp nut A
(see figure 17).
• Gather both capillaries bulbs to introduce them fully into the front face sensor pocket.
Secure the capillaries on the sensor pocket, using the clips provided.
• Connect the panel to power supply as shown on the attached diagram.
Open the panel face (2 screws).
Connection is to be made on the terminal inside the panel. Thread the cables
through the grommets on the back of the panel before connecting them to the
terminal. Secure the cables in the inside cable clips.
Connection includes :
- 230 V - 50 Hz single-phase power supply + earthing (see figure 16).
The line must be able to withstand 5A under 230 V.
The switches located on the control panel do not dispense from using the regulatory
main switch.
- Heating circuit circulating pump,
- if necessary, after pulling out the finger button connector bar, the control contacts
outside the boiler activating the 1st and possibly 2nd burner operating output.
• Connections made:
- Close the panel face and fix the top.
