The FortiGate Rugged 70F provides an option in the BIOS menu to set the
CPU speed from high performance mode (default) to low power mode.
1. When prompted during bootup, press any key to enter the BIOS
2. Type F to set the CPU frequency, then follow the onscreen instructions
3. Press Q twice to exit and continue the bootup process
