    1. Preparation. 1.1 Delivery Please check the product upon receipt for completeness, defects and any potential transport damage. Inspect the goods in the presence of your forwarder. If transport damage is detected, please ensure that a report (record of defects) is prepared in the presence of the forwarder. Please send a complaint in writing to the specialist dealer responsible.
