    2.3 Application areas, use according to the intended purpose The basti. bathing and shower cradle is a medical product of risk class 1 and is suited exclusively for use in bathtubs, showers, in the sandbox and on the beach.

    • Use only accessories and spare parts made by Schuchmann, otherwise you will compromise the safety of the user. • Only use the bathing and shower cradle if all components have been correctly mounted and adjusted.

    3.1 Backrest The backrest can be adjusted from 90° to 180°. For basti. size 1 to 3, pull on the loop (A) on the rear of the backrest and bring the backrest to the desired position. Release the loop after positioning and ensure that the ratchet joints have engaged.

    3. Settings. 3.4 Chest and leg strap To attach the chest and leg strap (A), loop it around the bathing cradle at the desired position and fix it from the rear using the hook and loop closure. The width of the strap can be adjusted using additional hook and loop closures on the sides.
