DELUXE GRIPPER
STRAPPING SEALER
This tool was designed and manufactured for safe
handling during the strapping operation.
• Before using this tool, read the operation
instructions carefully.
• When operating this tool, wear eye, face and hand
protection (cutting-protected gloves).
• Do not put hands or other parts of the body
between the strap and the package.
1. Open the sealer completely. (See Figure 1)

2. Place the sealer squarely on top of the seal.
(See Figure 2)

NOTE: Periodically lubricate all moving parts with one or two drops of light machine oil.

SAFETY
• When cutting the strap, hold the upper portion and
stand a safe distance away from the strap.
• Do not stand in line with the strap while it is
tensioned. The strap could break!
• Only use original ORGAPACK seals.
• Only use original ORGAPACK spare parts.
OPERATION
3. Press the sealer levers together. The seal is crimped.
Remove the sealer. (See Figure 3)
