CAUTION! Do not place empty cookware on the cooking surface. Heating an empty pot or pan will activate the overheating protection mechanism, a signal will sound and the device will turn itself off. The LED will display the error message "E05". If this occurs, disconnect the device from the outlet and leave it for a few minutes to cool.
