Using the Hair and
stair tool
(Certain models only)
Attach the stair tool Ô to the
hose connector Ê for effective
stair cleaning.

DUST CANISTER
Emptying

Remove the dust canister from
the product by pressing the
canister release button › E.

Every time the dust canister is
emptied, slide the filter cleaning
clicker lever fi several times
before emptying F (this will
agitate the fine dust between
the filter pleats and restore the
air flow).

Turn the lid quarter-of-a-turn
anti-clockwise to unlock, lift off
the lid with the pleated filter G.

Empty the canister into a
dustbin.
5
Re-fit the dust canister and
push back into position.
Allergy sufferers
When emptying any vacuum
cleaner, it is difficult to avoid
exposure to dust. To minimise
this risk, please ensure that you
encase the dust canister in a
large bag to empty it. Close the
bag as tightly as possible round
the dust canister. Remove the
dust canister and close the bag
as tightly and quickly as
possible and dispose of this
immediately. It is advisable to
wear disposable gloves and a
face mask while emptying the
cleaner. If at all possible, ask a
non allergy sufferer to empty the
dust canister when required.

FILTERS
Using the filter cleaning lever at
every emptying will help
maintain good suction. However,
for a thorough clean, the dust
canister and dust canister filters
may be disassembled and
washed.

located underneath the dust
canister H.

Remove the dust canister E.

Lift out the filter and shake over
a dustbin. The filter may also be
washed in water (no detergents)
but must be totally dry before
re-fitting.

Replace the filter.
Exhaust filter
The allergy exhaust filter should
be replaced every 6 months to
maintain the high performance
filtration. Call our helpline for
replacement parts.
The exhaust filter is located
below the dust canister
compartment.

Remove the exhaust filter grille

Pull out the exhaust filter „ and
dispose of.

Push in the new exhaust filter.

Refit the exhaust filter grille.
