If your cleaner is not picking up as well as it should, please check

It is important to replace them when full, otherwise the
performance of the cleaner will be impaired.

It is important that filters are cleaned and replaced
regularly to allow air through the appliance.

Check the hose, tubes and tools for blockages.

Check and replace damaged or broken belt.

The height adjustment only comes into effect when the handle
is released by the handle release pedal Â.

If the airflow is blocked or the filters are not regularly cleaned
a thermostat may operate. If this happens, switch off and disconnect
from the mains supply. Clear any blockages, replace dust bag
and clean filters. Allow 60 minutes for the thermostat to reset.
