CLEANING THE COOLER
Under no circumstances use abrasive cleaning
products or chlorine based cleaners – they will
damage the surface finish of the coolers.
Use mild soap and warm water to clean the panels.
OASIS recommends that you use an anti-bacterial
wipe to clean the water outlet on a weekly basis.
COOLER START UP
When plugging the unit to the electrical socket, make
sure there is ~20cm free space in front of the screen panel.
On power up, the touchless sensors need 2 seconds
to calibrate – if this space is obstructed and an error
occurs, then unplug the unit and reconnect to the
mains power supply.
EMPTYING THE DRIP TRAY
(No auto drain system models)
Lift it up by
about 50mm
before you pull
it forward.
Note : Check with your service provider if self-drain
option has been installed – if you have a self-draining
drip tray then you do not need to remove it for emptying.

UNITS WITH HOT TANK
Do not turn on hot tank switch until it is fully filled with
water. Three cycles of hot water dispense (25s each)
are needed to fully fill hot tank.
