Preassembly Building or Selecting a Custom Cabinet PLEASE NOTE: NOT DESIGNED FOR CEILING MOUNT USE This product is designed for CABINETS ONLY and can NOT be installed as a ceiling mount. Doing so will damage the motor and void the warranty. When building or selecting cabinetry for your Motorized TV Stand, ensure there will be at least 2”(50mm) of clearance on the sides of the TV, along with at least 0.4”(10mm) of clearance on the top. - Page 7 ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 1 Attach Mounting Plate (E) to Mounting Bracket (D) using M8x16mm Screws (S-B) and M8 Nuts (S-E). Tighten using 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B) and 8mm Socket Wrench (T-C).
- Page 8 STEP 2 Attach Mounting Bracket (D) to the Lifting Column (A) using M6x11mm Screws (S-A) and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B).
- Page 9 STEP 3 Attach Support Bracket (C) to the Lifting Column (A) using M6x11mm Screws (S-A) and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B). STEP 4 Attach Lifting Bracket (B) to the Support Bracket (C) using M6x10mm Screws (S-C) and 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A).
- Page 10 STEP 5 Pre-Drilling Instructions Drill mounting holes using illustration shown Cabinet Floor Cabinet Wall/Ceiling Drill Bit: Drill Bit: 5/32” (4mm) 1/8” (3mm) Hole Depth: Hole Depth: 0.4” (10mm) 0.4” (10mm) Secure Lifting Column (A) to the cabinet using ST6x50mm Screws (S-F), ST5x15mm Screws (S-D) and a Drill or a Phillips screwdriver.
- Page 11 STEP 6 Secure the Lifting Bracket (B) to the top panel of your cabinet using ST5x15mm Screws (S-D) and a drill.
- Page 12 STEP 7 Attach VESA Brackets (F) to the back of the TV using appropriate Screws (M-A~M-H), Washers (M-I) and Spacers (M-J,M-K). Tighten using a Phillips screwdriver. Flat TV Curved TV M-A~M-D M-E~M-H Locking Screw Hole Make sure the VESA Bracket’s Locking Screw Hole is pointing downward.
- Page 13 STEP 8 Hook your TV onto the Mounting Plate (E). Secure by tightening both Locking Screws on VESA Brackets (F). Locking Screw 2 Person Mounting is Recommended...
- Page 14 STEP 9 Plug the Power Cable (G) into the Cable on the Lifting Column (A). Secure by flipping down the latch. Plug the other end of the Power Cable into a power outlet.
- Page 15 STEP 10 Use Remote (H) to raise and lower the Mount. See Remote Instructions on pages 16-18. ** WARNING ** DO NOT place your hands near the Mount while operating due to risk of pinch point.
