To edit call notes
1. On the Home screen, click the Messages icon. The Messages screen appears.
2. Select the phone call log that contains the notes that you want to edit. Click
the trackwheel to view the menu, and then click Open. The View Call Log
screen displays the details of the phone call and any associated call notes.
3. Click the trackwheel to view the menu, and then click Edit Notes. Make any
changes to your call notes.
4. After you edit the notes, click the trackwheel to view the menu, and then click
Save Notes.
You return to the View Call Log screen with your call notes changed.
Note: To clear the notes that appear in a call log, open the call log and click the
trackwheel to view the menu. Click Clear Field. The call notes are deleted.
To forward a call log
You can forward the details of your phone call to an email address. Forwarding
call notes is useful if you want to keep the notes that you made during the call, but
you do not want to keep the call log on your handheld.
Note: You can only forward call notes to an email address. You cannot forward call
notes using a PIN or SMS message.
1. On the Home screen, click the Messages icon. The Messages screen appears.
