2. From the pop-up menu, select the folder where
the movie is to be saved, then name the movie.
3. Select the format type from the format pop-up
menu.
4. Click on Save.

RECOMPRESSING MOVIE FILES
The purpose of recompressing a movie file is to make the format
suitable for the end-use of the movie and optimize the compression
scheme for the type of images used. The time lapse movie files are
compressed when created, using QuickTime™ compression.
Recompressing movie files does not mean the file will be
smaller than the original format.
The guide below is to help you determine what recompression type, if
any, is necessary for your movie.
