QUICK OPERATION

FOR VIEWING AND RETOUCHING IMAGES
Launch the application software (page 18).
The Minolta Dimâge V Main Panel will appear.
Click on Viewer... .
The Viewer Panel will appear.
In the Viewer Panel:
• Miniature previews of the images, called thumbnails, will appear.
• Sort the thumbnail previews by title or date.
• Copy all or selected images stored on the image memory card to
your hard drive or removable media.
• Delete all or selected images on the image memory card.

Double-click on the thumbnail to open the full-size image.

A full-size image will be displayed in the Image panel.
In the Image Panel:
• Edit images (crop, adjust brightness/contrast, adjust color
balance, flip, rotate, sharpen edges, and soften edges).
• Enlarge or reduce the view of images.
• Print images.

Select Save as... from the File pull-down menu.
Enter the new file name.
Select the folder where the file is to be saved.
Select the file format.
Click on Save.
The image will be saved in the selected format.
Once the image is saved:
• View the image in the Viewer Panel as a thumbnail preview.
• Acquire the image into other application software.
• Incorporate the image into an original post card or calendar
using Adobe PhotoDeluxe™, included in this package.
