SELF-TIMER

Use the self-timer when recording remotely.
1. Click on .
• The display will alternate between On and Off each time it is
clicked.

2. Select Record Mode from the Minolta Dimage V
menu.
3. Set the flash mode, image quality, and exposure
compensation desired (p. 55, p. 57).
4. Frame your image in the camera's LCD monitor,
then click on Capture.
• The shutter will release approximately 10 seconds after Capture is
clicked.
• Self-timer is automatically canceled after the shutter is released.

RESETTING THE CAMERA DATE/TIME

Use the computer's date/time information to reset the date and time
in the camera.
Be sure the correct date and time are set on your computer before
transferring the data to the camera. Use the Macintosh's Date & Time
control panel to correct the the information in the computer.
1. Select Set Clock... from the Minolta Dimage V
menu.
The following message will appear.
2. Click on OK.
