2 Produktübersicht 2 Produktübersicht 2.1 Produktbeschreibung easyCompact ist eine vollbiologische natürlich belüftete Biofiltrations-Kleinkläranlage zur Behandlung von häuslichem Schmutzwasser für den unterirdischen Einbau. Die Anlage besteht aus einem Behälter aus Po- lyethylen (PE) mit Vorklärtank und Behandlungseinheit. Der Vorklärtank ist mithilfe einer Trennwand in zwei Kammern unterteilt. -

2 Produktübersicht 2.2 Angaben zu Ihrer Anlage (Typenschild) Alle Angaben für die Identifikation Ihrer easyCom- pact Kleinkläranlage sind auf dem Typenschild an- Typenschild Hebeanlage gegeben. Notieren Sie vor dem Einbau der Anlage alle wichtigen Daten wie die Seriennummer. Diese Angaben werden zum Ausfüllen der Wartungspro- Typenschild easyCompact tokolle im Laufe des Betriebs sowie für eventuelle Rückfragen beim Technischen Service benötigt. -

2 Produktübersicht 2.3 Funktionsbeschreibung Bevor die Anlage zum Behandeln von Schmutzwasser verwendet werden kann, muss der Vorklärtank voll- ständig mit Frischwasser befüllt werden. Abb. 5: Flüssigkeitsströme (blau) und Luftströme (weiß Stufe 1: Vorklärung Die Vorklärung ist eine mechanische Reinigungsstufe, in der Grob- und Feststoffe entfernt werden. Das häusliche Schmutzwasser fließt durch den Schmutzwasserzulauf in den Vorklärtank. -

2 Produktübersicht das aufgefangene Wasser gleichmäßig auf eine Hälfte der Verteilerplatte. Gleichzeitig wird die andere Auf- fangkammer angehoben und fängt das zulaufende Wasser auf. Durch Öffnungen im Boden der Verteilerplatte tropft das Wasser auf das Biofiltrationssystem. Das Biofiltra- tionssystem besteht aus drei Schichten, durch die das Wasser nach unten sickert. Die obere Schicht besteht aus Kunststoff-Pall-Ringen, die mittlere Schicht aus GRAFROCK Medien und die untere Schicht wieder aus Pall-Ringen. -

Die Kleinkläranlage easyCompact ist für den unterirdischen Einbau bestimmt. Die Anlage darf nicht oberir- disch oder in Gebäuden eingebaut werden, es sei denn, es werden die Bedingungen eines unterirdischen Einbaus durch Einhausung und Verfüllung geschaffen. Die Anlage muss mit geeigneten und von Otto Graf GmbH Kunststofferzeugnisse autorisierten Schächten und Schachtabdeckungen betrieben werden. Bauli- che Änderungen können die Standsicherheit und Stabilität der Anlage schwer beeinträchtigen. -

3 Sicherheit 3.2.2 Sicherheitsmaßnahmen Schachtabdeckungen verschlossen halten. Geöffnete Schachtabdeckungen nie unbeaufsichtigt lassen. Schachtabdeckungen dürfen nur von sachkundigen Personen zur Inspektion und Wartung geöffnet werden. In Kleinkläranlagen können sich gesundheitsschädliche oder leicht entzündliche Gase bil- den. Personen oder Tiere könnten in den Tank stürzen. Schwere Verletzungen, Gesundheitsschä- den oder Ertrinken können die Folge sein. -

2 Vista general del producto Las aguas residuales pretratadas que fluyen desde el rebosadero hacia la unidad de tratamiento alimentan alternadamente dos cámaras colectoras, que están montadas en un dispositivo basculante sobre una placa distribuidora. En cuanto una cámara colectora está suficientemente llena de agua, la cámara se inclina ha- cia abajo y distribuye el agua recogida uniformemente sobre una mitad de la placa distribuidora. -
