When a device is disabled, no events will be displayed for this device anymore. Per default,
only installers or users authorized by an installer can disable devices.

The events stored in the history memory of the control panel and sorted according to the
selected sorting type are displayed.
To open the Service menu, press
The Service menu with twelve menu options is displayed.
Press View Version Information.
The firmware and the hardware version of the control panel and the firmware version of
the keypad are displayed.
For more information, contact your installer or system administrator.
For information on how to bypass a device instead of removing it, refer to Bypassing/
unbypassing devices, page 22 .

Press Enable/Disable Device.
All installed devices are displayed.
Press the device you want to enable or disable. You can also search for devices by name
or filter enabled and disabled devices and devices with faults.
The icon indicates that the device is enabled. The
