Disassembly NOTE: Save all OEM parts until installation is complete! 1. Start by locating the trailer plug and tag light plug shown below. Unplug both of these. (Figure 1) 2. Next using a 13/16” deep socket, remove Figure 1 the four nuts holding the factory rear bumper brackets to the frame on each side of vehicle. -

Do not connect the wiring harness from the bumper to the vehicle until the bumper is fully installed. 12. With assistance, lift your new Fab Fours bumper into place and line up the mounting bracket with OEM mounting location on the outside of the frame. - Page 9 13. Next loosely install factory hardware back into bumper mount. 14. Finally position bumper into desired location and tighten all the OEM hardware. 15. Reinstall license plate with provided plastic inserts. (Figure 7) 16. Reconnect the bumper wiring harness to the vehicle harness connector.
