Troubleshooting
Check to ensure that the toner sealing tape has

been removed from the toner cartridge. (Refer to
Chapter 2.)
If necessary, replace the Toner Cartridge; the
light-sensitive transfer drum may be damaged.
(Refer to Chapter 9.)
Make sure you are using a standard Centronics
parallel cable, and that your PC has a standard
parallel port.
Reinstall the SuperScript software.
