The following figure shows the path the paper
follows inside the printer. A paper jam may occur in
any of the following areas:
• hopper
• fuser unit
Paper Jamming Areas
The methods of removing jammed paper depends on
the location of the jam. First verify where paper is
jammed before taking any necessary action.
