Troubleshooting
SuperScript requires at least 4 megabytes of
memory (4MB RAM) to run. (See Chapter 2
System Requirements.) If the installation pro-
gram detects that your PC does not have suffi-
cient memory, it will quit without installing the
SuperScript software.
The amount of virtual memory required to run
NEC SuperScript depends on how much RAM is
in your PC. The total required - PC RAM plus
virtual memory - must be around 12.5 megabytes
minimum to run SuperScript. If the installation
program detects that Windows 3.1 on your PC
does not have sufficient virtual memory, it will
quit without installing SuperScript software.
Refer to Allocating Virtual Memory in this
chapter, for information on how to fix this.
Select Go to VM to allocate required virtual
memory.
