14. Right click on the [Gunze,USB] icon and select "Update driver".
15. At the Hardware Update Wizard, select "No, not this time and press Next.
16. Select "Install from a specific location" and press Next.
17. In the next screen press the Browse button to navigate to
C:\WINXP\DRV\TOUCHPANEL\SETUP\INF and press Next.
18. Press Finish to complete the driver update.
19. Select [Start]
Properties screen.
20. In the [Devices] tab, press the Add button.
21. Select "Gunze USB" and press Next.
22. Enter a name to identify the device and select the Whole Desktop option. Press OK.
23. Reboot ShieldPRO to initialise the settings.
24. Once ShieldPRO reboots, select [Start]
display the Calibration screen.
25. Press the four markers on the screen as they appear to calibrate the Touch Panel operation.

Deletion procedure

1. Start Windows.
2. Click [Start]
3. Double-click [Add or Remove Programs].
4. Click [Gunze TPDD] and [Change/Remove].
5. If the [Confirm File Deletion] dialog box appears, click [Yes].
6. Follow the directions on the dialog box to uninstall the Touch Screen utility.
7. When the uninstallation is complete, reboot ShieldPRO.

Touch Pad Drivers

The Touch Pad drivers for the ShieldPRO are provided in the Drivers CD that is supplied with the
product. These drivers are preloaded with your factory supplied ShieldPRO.
Although the touchpad will operate with the basic Windows drivers, the enhanced functionality of
the ALPS Touch Pad driver is not available without loading the specific driver.
In the case where Windows is re-installed on your ShieldPRO, these drivers must be reloaded.
