NEC Computer Systems Division, Packard Bell NEC, Inc.
(hereinafter "NECCSD") warrants this Product to be free
from defects in material and workmanship under the
following terms:
HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY?
Labor and parts are warranted for three (3) years from the
date of the first consumer purchase in the U.S.A., Canada,
and selected countries. Year one is on-site; years two and
three are on a return-to-service-center basis. Spare parts are
warranted for ninety (90) days.
WHO IS PROTECTED?
This warranty is non-transferable and may be enforced only
by the first consumer purchaser.
WHAT IS COVERED AND WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
Except as specified below, this warranty covers all defects
in material and workmanship in the PowerMate Desktop
Computer.
Any product which is not distributed in the U.S.A. or

Canada by NECCSD, or by an authorized NECCSD
dealer or distributor. If you are uncertain as to whether a
dealer is authorized, please contact NECCSD or

Any Product on which the serial number has been

defaced, modified or removed.
