Firmly press the cover against the chassis and slide the cover towards
the front of the chassis until it locks in place.
Note
check that the cover tabs at the front of the cover are properly inserted into
their slots in the chassis. Also check that the locking tab is inserted into its
slot on the back edge of the chassis.
Replace the two previously removed thumbscrews.

If you have a padlock for the locking tab on the rear edge of the

chassis, install it.
If your system is set up for use as a minitower, place the system unit

upright so it sits on the rubber feet that were at the left end of the
chassis.

Reconnect all external peripherals.
Plug in your power cables.

Removing the Front Panel

Remove the front panel if you are installing an internal 3 1/2-inch hard
drive or installing a device in one of the accessible device bays.
To remove the front panel, proceed as follows.
Remove the cover (see "Removing the Cover" earlier in this chapter).

Working from within the chassis, unclip the two locking tabs from

their slots on the edge of the chassis.
Once the tabs are free, the front panel can be lowered like a door until
the other tabs and posts on the panel are freed (see the following
figure).
If the cover does not slide all the way to the front of the chassis,
