ToDo task details Options menu
Press 3 to display the ToDo list screen.

keys to highlight the Public or Private or All and press

keys to highlight the required ToDo task and press

. The ToDo task details options menu will be displayed.
MENU
Key in the appropriate number for the required option (see the table right).
Status:
Changes the current status of the selected ToDo task.
•
Press 1 to change it to the Completed.
•
Press 2 to change it to the Incomplete.
Edit:
Edits the contents of the selected ToDo task.
Delete current:
Deletes the selected ToDo task.
Add new:
Adds a new entry.
IR send:
Sends the selected ToDo task data through the IR port.

With the standby screen displayed, press
Creating a new text file
Press Softkey 1 to display the new entry screen. Use the text entry procedures (see page 36) to key in text, and press
The input file will be saved as a file. The first few words are displayed on the list of text files to identify them.
Notepad Options menu
Press
to display the Notepad Options menu.
MENU
Add new:
Creates a new text file.
Edit:
Edits the contents of the highlighted text file.
Delete:
Deletes text file(s).

Press 1 to delete the highlighted text file.
•
Press 2 to delete all the text files.
Send as SMS:
Creates the New message (SMS) with the contents of the highlighted text file in the Message field.
8 and 4 to display the Notepad screen before performing the following procedures.
