Service tone

Press 6 to display the Service tone screen.
Press 1 to activate or 2 to deactivate the Service tone.
Vibrator
Press 7 to display the Vibrator screen.
Press 1 to activate or 2 to deactivate the Vibrator.
Backlight
The Backlight menu allows you to choose the intensity of the backlight on the LCD display from High, Medium, Low, and Power-
save. For the High, Medium and Low settings, the phone will turn the intensity down to the power-save intensity after 15 seconds
of inactivity. You can also set the length of waiting time before the backlight turns off by filling the Turn off after field.
Press 8 to display the Backlight screen.
Use the
and
keys to highlight the desired intensity (High, Medium, Low or Power-save).
Press
to select the highlighted radio button.
Use the
and
keys to highlight the Turn off after field and key in the value from 0 (no time-out) to 99 seconds to set the
time that the backlight turns off.
Press Softkey 1 to save the changes.

Auto answer

The Auto answer feature allows a received call to be connected automatically when you are using your phone in the Car mode and
with the simple hands free kit.
With the Car mode screen displayed, press 9 to display the Auto answer screen.
Press 1 to activate or 2 to deactivate the Auto answer.

When the selected mode is Car,
the backlight is always On and
does not have the Turn off after
field. The options for the
backlight are: high, medium, and
low.
O
The Power-save selection is not
available for the Car mode.
O
Auto answer option is available in
the Car mode only.
O
Auto answer only works if your
phone is working with a
handsfree kit or a headset.
