Group:
Adds a personal data to a group etc.
Press 1 to add or move the highlighted data to a group.
Press 2 to remove the highlighted data from a group.
Press 3 to display the list of all the groups.
Sort:
Sorts the phonebook data.
Press 1 to sort the phonebook data alphanumerically (with a name).
Press 2 to sort the phonebook data by location.
Goto location:
Jumps to the selected location number.
Show:
Displays phonebook information.
Press 1 to display a summary of the phonebook.
Press 2 to display a Voice tag list.
IR send:
Sends the highlighted phonebook data through the IR port.

Editing existing phonebook

Adding phone numbers, mail addresses & personal information
With the required personal data in the phonebook list screen highlighted, press
Use the
and
keys to highlight the field you wish to add information to and press
Add the required number or information to the selected field and press
to enter the field below and make further additions if required, then press Softkey 1.
Renaming a group
There are 35 group headings available to allocate phone numbers to (including 'No group'). The groups that can have their names
edited are called group 1 to 34 when your phone first arrives. To change these names to be representative of the phone numbers
that are to be allocated to them, you must change their names as follows:
With the required personal data in the phonebook list screen highlighted, press
Use the

keys to highlight the group name you wish to change and press Softkey 1. The Rename screen will be
displayed.
Key in the required name and press
Adding a personal data to a group
To make it easier to search for numbers, it is possible to rename a group, e.g. work, golf, family, etc., then allocate numbers to the
group.
With the required personal data in the phonebook list screen highlighted, press
