Phonebook(Phone)
Up to 500 personal data can be stored in your phone memory.
Up to 7 phone numbers (Home, Mobile, Work, Data, Fax, Other phone x 2) can be added to each personal data.
Up to 2 email addresses can be added to each personal data.
2 descriptive information fields are allocated to each personal data.
Each personal data can be allocated to a group.
Up to 10 phone numbers can have a voice recognition recording allocated to them.
A Ring tone, LED colour and a phonebook picture can be allocated to each personal data.

Fixed dialling numbers (FDN)

Fixed dialling numbers are a means of limiting which numbers can be called from your phone. With the FDN feature switched on (see
page 41), you can call with your phone the numbers you have stored in this phonebook and the emergency number only.

Service dialling numbers (SDN)

The numbers stored in the SDN phonebook are pre-installed by your service provider. They will call numbers and services as agreed
with your supplier (e.g. customer enquiries, billing information, sportslines, weatherlines, etc.) and cannot be edited by you.
You will not be able to see the number which will be dialled but only the associated text title.

Adding a new personal data

To add a new entry in your phonebook, use the following procedure.
With the standby screen displayed, press

to display the Name entry screen.
Key in the name and press

key to highlight the Phone number field and press
Key in the number and press
To confirm the name and number entered, press Softkey 1. The Enter location screen will be displayed.
To select the location number displayed, press
If you wish to change the location number, press CLR to delete the current location number and key in the desired location
number, then press
. The Number type screen will be displayed.
