Adding a Voice recall recording
Up to 10 personal data in the phonebook can have a Voice recall recording allocated to them. So, you can display the entry by saying
the recall word(s) into the phone's mouth piece.
With the required personal data in the phonebook list screen highlighted, press
Use the
and
keys to highlight the Voice field and press
Press 1. The Record screen will be displayed, prompting you to say the word(s) to use as a recall recording.
Speak into the phone's mouth piece as you would if you were making a call. The recording will be repeated in the earpiece and
you will be prompted to repeat the word(s). If you say the words incorrectly on the second attempt, you will be prompted again.
When you have repeated the words correctly, the Edit screen will be re-displayed showing the Voice field as 'set'.
Press Softkey 1 to save the changes.
Playing a Voice recall recording
With the required personal data in the phonebook list screen highlighted, press

keys to highlight the Voice field and press
Press 2. The Voice recall recording for the selected personal data will be played in the phone's earpiece.
Deleting a Voice recall recording
With the required personal data in the phonebook list screen highlighted, press
