WARNING • Do not tow with this product. • Confirm the product you intend to use in the Pivot v2 is approved by the manufacturer. • You are responsible for confirming you do not exceed your vehicle’s tongue hitch weight. - Page 3 Included 8mm Hex Key 5mm Hex Key M14mm Hitch Lock Lock Washer M14 x 50mm Bolt Toggle Clamp Hitch Pin Post Toggle Clamp (4) M8 Lock Washer (4) M8 x 12 (2) Lock Keys Bolt These instructions depict the Pivot swing.
- Page 4 Using the 5mm hex key, attach the toggle clamp with (4) M8 x 12 bolts and (4) M8 lock washers. Tighten bolts to 16 ft/lbs (22Nm). WARNING Secure the toggle clamp. Using a 13mm wrench tighten “A” bolts until snug. Lever should require some force to close.

Installing Pivot v2 into Hitch ™ Slide Pivot v2 into hitch and align the hitch pin holes. ™ Insert hitch pin and secure with hitch lock. Fully tighten FlatLock hitch cam using the provided 8mm hex key. Do not exceed 25 ft/lbs (34Nm). - Page 6 Driving Before driving, ensure Pivot v2 swing arm is fully closed, ™ toggle clamp is secured to clamp post and in the closed position. Swing-Away Operation Push down on the toggle clamp to release swing-arm from toggle clamp post. Pull safety lever to release and articulate swing-arm.
